Carers Network is a charity active in the London boroughs of Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, and Hammersmith & Fulham. It offers unpaid adult carers free advice on their situation, helps accessing the benefits and other means of available support, and provides safe space for interaction with other carers. The Mayor of London launches the Cost of Living Hub, a new online resource for Londoners struggling with the rising cost of living: https://www.london.gov.uk/cost-living-hub.
The hub helps Londoners access information, support and advice to help manage their household finances. It includes a wide range of information about claiming benefits, help dealing with debt, financial management and mental health support.
Connect Well is a project run by Living Well CIC, a mental health and wellbeing charity currently offering free online and telephone support services to help improve the mental health and emotional wellbeing of lonely or isolated Londoners who are HIV positive.
Total Family Coaching is a registered charity in England. They provide trauma-informed holistic family support and coaching to vulnerable families and parents and deliver evidence based parenting programs to parents on 1:1 and group settings.
Their Triple P Programme (POSITIVE PARENTING PROGRAM) is delivered between 8-12 weeks either in groups or 1-2-1. The programme aims to build positive relationships between parents and their children. It helps parents develop different ways of coping and strategies for dealing with a variety of child problems in individual or supportive group atmosphere. Separated into 2 main age groups 0-12 and Teen, following completion of the groups, parents may be offered ongoing support when needed.

The ClementJames Centre welcomes you to our wellbeing programme. Take part in a variety of one-off workshops, ongoing activities and events at our friendly centre. A great chance for you to build confidence, relax and connect with others. We look forward to seeing you soon!
We also provide specific emotional support to children and young people who were directly or indirectly affected by the Grenfell Tower fire. This includes weekly art therapy sessions and counselling.
