We’re looking for residents to take part in a round-table discussion and give us feedback on the services they receive. Recently our new Resident Voices Group questioned if residents who live in homes not directly managed by Notting Hill Genesis have enough of an opportunity to tell us what could be improved.
We’d like to hear from you whether you regularly give feedback to us or your managing agent, or if you feel there should be more opportunities to have your say.
