Today, we’ve published two annual publications, both providing a good overview of how we’re performing against a range of important measures.
Our annual standards report focuses on services and support for and engagement with our residents, our most important customers. It includes lots of useful facts and figures alongside practical examples of our work towards connecting more fully with our residents and improving their homes and local communities.
We’ve made steady progress since we published our first environmental, social and governance report in July 2021. The review published today outlines activities against each of the three strands during 2021/22 in line with the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing.
Later this week, we’ll be publishing our new sustainability strategy. The strategy builds on many of the themes in the ESG report and will provide extra momentum for this crucial agenda.
