Notting Hill Genesis and St Modwen have teamed up to deliver c.800 new homes in Woolwich town centre.
At a glance
Woolwich Exchange is a key gateway location for the town centre, with the DLR, National Rail and new Crossrail stations all nearby. The Spray Street site includes the covered market, which will be brought back into use to ensure continuity of economic activity in the area during the complex phased development of hundreds of new homes and c.9,000 m² of commercial space.
