Grahame Park

Grahame Park is Barnet's largest housing estate and a significant part of the Colindale Area Action Plan. Notting Hill Genesis is working in partnership with Barnet to deliver more than 3,000 new homes across a range of tenures, replacing 1,777 older dwellings and regenerating and renewing the estate.

At a glance

Stage A completed in 2017 and delivered 685 new homes as well as a new college, library, supermarket, public square and the relocation of Barnet Council offices, with 173 of the social rent homes designated for existing secure tenants.The masterplan for Stage B was approved in 2020, and will deliver another 2,088 homes, over 1,000 of which will be affordable housing. The plans include a thriving high street with retail and community facilities, and improvements to sustainable forms of transport.

We are also focused on the estate's social and economic regeneration, working alongside the Colindale Community Trust to complement the physical redevelopment work with a comprehensive needs-led programme which includes residents and local strategic partners.
