Notting Hill Genesis and Countryside Properties UK have teamed up to deliver over 900 new homes in Barking & Dagenham.

Fresh Wharf is a 10.8 acre brownfield site along the River Roding, 15 minutes walk from Barking station with underground, overground and rail connections into central London. The development will see the demolition of the previous industrial estate and development of 911 new homes in 2 phases.
A new river wall is being constructed. Mooring spaces previously located along the old wall are being reprovided via a new pontoon with facilities including electric and sanitary waste points.
