Chobham Farm had been an old railway site, which was used as part of the parking provision for the 2012 Olympics. It was subsequently developed via a joint venture between Notting Hill Genesis and Telford Homes. All of the private homes in phase 1 were made available for market rent via NHG's Folio London brand, ensuring that the revenues would be recycled to fund the provision of affordable housing. The scheme won Best Landscaping/Garden Design at the British Home Awards 2020.
