Now known as Aspect Croydon, Cambridge House is a 26-storey residential tower of shared ownership homes which we are developing on the site of a former office building.
At a glance
All apartments have winter gardens, and there will be a ground floor concierge and mezzanine play area. Landscape improvements will also be made to the neighbouring open space, and a public art installation has been commissioned.
