Brenley Park
This scheme won Best Development in the Affordable Homes sector at the 2013 Evening Standard New Homes Awards. The 169-unit development was also highly commended in the Best First-Time Buyer category.

Brenley Park was built in partnership with Willmott Dixon, who were responsible for the private sale homes at completion. The development consists of one, two and three-bedroom apartments that were built on a neighbouring school's unused playing fields . Photovoltaic roof panels and a combined heat and power unit providing energy to all the homes are some of the eco-friendly and sustainable features on site.
