Bowles Square is the redevelopment of the former Carterhatch Lane depot site in north Enfield into a 100% affordable housing scheme, including houses, maisonettes and apartments.

A landscaped green with play features forms the heart of the 2 to 4 storey development, with a network of legible and pedestrian-friendly streets connecting into the surrounding communities.
The Bowles Square development has also made a significant contribution to the local community of Enfield by improving the facilities at Russet House School for children with autism. There we have upgraded and built new play facilities for the children and created a new kitchen and break out area for the staff.
