As a social business, our work is overseen to make sure we're using our funding appropriately and efficiently. Our work is regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing, which is sponsored by the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government. The Regulator of Social Housing sets the standards for our work, making sure that we offer quality homes and services.
We're also a member of the National Housing Federation, which represents more than 1,000 not-for-profit housing associations in England.
Care and Support
Notting Hill Genesis delivers high quality across our services. We work closely with our regulators, trade bodies and both statutory and voluntary partners to achieve excellent standards.
Care Quality Commission
Our care services are also regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which is the independent regulator of care services in England. The CQC is in place to ensure services provided are safe, effective, compassionate, high quality and continue to improve. Our CQC ratings are displayed below and you can read more about these services by visiting our page on their website.
Pan-London Dementia Action Alliance
Notting Hill Genesis is a member of the Pan-London Dementia Action Alliance, working in partnership to transform health and social care outcomes for people affected by dementia. Our practices are informed by those living with dementia and those that care for them. Find out more about the Alliance on their website.
Managing agents
Notting Hill Genesis offers a large portfolio of agency-managed housing, where other providers deliver care and support services in our buildings. We believe in supporting specialist agencies to provide targeted services needed by the local community, and are happy to have conversations with specialist providers who are seeking property solutions to sustain their services.
