Katie became our chief operating officer in August 2022, having been on our executive board as group director of sales and building safety since January 2020.
As chief operating officer, Katie acts as a single point of accountability and ensures one high standard of service, including repairs, for all residents regardless of tenure. Her remit covers our social housing management services for more than 30,000 homes, as well as customer and property management services for the more commercial aspects of our portfolio, which together account for 36,000 homes and around half of our turnover. That portfolio includes our leaseholders, care and support residents and Folio (our market rent business), as well as those living in temporary, student or key worker housing, and commercial properties.
Before joining the executive board, Katie had been at Notting Hill Genesis and its predecessor Notting Hill Housing for more than a decade, initially as development and new business client manager before becoming director of Notting Hill Home Ownership and then development director.
Before joining us, Katie was a project manager at L&Q group.
